Janice was designing her COTY (colour of the year) mug rug for a swap with another Canadian MQG in the fall. This version is an early design option, so I cannot wait to see how it is finished.
Jean was working on modifying the Metro Twist pattern to make it her own and meet her needs. She's got a plan, fabrics are ready to cut and piece at home!
Heather, Dawn, Cathy and Janet were working on the main elements of our QCCQ2019. Can't wait until our next get together to finish the top! Here are some sneak peeks of what we were doing with our fabric palette & the theme of small piecing.
Cathy also brought her quilt that she designed for Make Modern as a skill builder/ Block of the Month! Wowzers! I can't wait to see it in issue #25 of Make Modern. I took pictures, but those members who weren't there will need to see me (Heather) if you want a peek!
