Last Saturday, members of the PEIMQG had the opportunity to attend a workshop with Lisa from the Messy Crow (@messycrowpei) at the east end of the Island in the barn of a century farm. They were joined by some members of the Red Clay Quilt Guild located in Souris.
These quilters picked up a different type of needle to learn to make a felted work of art which was framed at the end of the workshop. Here are some photos of the works in progress and the group shot at the end of the workshop.
After a delicious lunch, everyone went home with their artwork! What a beautiful setting for a workshop. Thanks to Susan for organizing, Lynn for hosting and Lisa for the felting lesson.
